Brewing Instructions:
Single Serve: Steep one bag in 8oz of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Allow the tea to steep longer for a more potent brew.
Loose Leaf: Add 1tbsp to a tea steeper and steep in 8oz of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Allow the tea to steep longer for a more potent brew.
Optional: Add milk & honey to taste (we like raw for both).
Drink 3-4x daily for 2-3 months to for the best results.

I have 4 kids and am due with my 5th. This is such a soothing blend to calm my go-go-go energy. I bought a box of the single serve, and now buy a couple bags of the loose leaf a month. I now put it in a cold brew maker and keep it stocked in the fridge to drink throughout the day. Also really good warm at night with some honey.
I enjoy this tea. I mostly smell the lavender. The blend is nice and is soothing at night
